The Le Mans two seater sports racer has been produced to maximise customer potential by combining all the usual requirements of a rental circuit with the constant demand for a family ride.

Its striking sports car body style accommodates up to a maximum of two
adults.

With its fully upholstered cockpit, left and right foot pedals (brake and accelerator) and fully enclosing spring steel bumper system, the Le Mans is the finest twin seater rental kart available.

The Le Mans is also designed to be compatible with other karts in the Formula-K range making it possible for operators to add the Le Mans to their existing fleets.

ENGINE
Choice of Honda 5.5 or 6.5 HP 4 stroke fitted with Honda 2:1 reduction wet clutch.

CHASSIS 
Box section 50x25 12 gauge construction with 25x25 triangulated reinforcement.

AXLES
Rear:  30mm Dia driving either one rear wheel or two wheels via a differential unit.

Front: 1” Dia pivoted on 16 uniball bearings.

HUBS
Rear: One piece cast alloy, Front: Cast iron with 1” taper roller bearings.

WHEELS & TYRES
Front:  8” Dia one piece steel wheel supporting 6 ply 16.50x6.50-8 treaded tyre.

Rear:  8” Dia one piece steel wheel supporting 6 ply 18.50x8.50-8 treaded tyre.

TRANSMISSION  
One wheel drive:  Wet clutch driving direct to Kevlar tooth belt drive system.

Differential drive:  Wet clutch driving to a differential via a Kevlar tooth belt drive system.

CONTROLS
Driver side rod operated two pedal system (accelerator and brake).

BRAKES
Twin self adjusting hydraulic disc brakes to both rear wheels.

BUMPERS
Rubber mounted spring steel bumper system offering complete protection to kart, driver and passenger.

BODY 
Reinforced glass fibre bodywork. 

BEARINGS
All moving parts fitted with heavy duty bearings.

FIXINGS
All fully fitted with nyloc nuts and bolts.
