Beautifully styled Bodywork which fully encloses all moving parts, but which can be removed in seconds without the use of tools for routine maintenance is just one of the features of this operator friendly vehicle.
Incorporating state of the art computer designed chassis components and a whole range of practical features, the Bandit is our most advanced and exciting single seat go-kart to date.
Choice of Honda 5.5 or 6.5 HP 4 stroke fitted with Honda 2:1 reduction wet clutch. Fitted with a purpose made Formula K high capacity fuel tank for longer operation.
CHASSIS
Jig built Box section 50x25 12 gauge construction with 25x25 triangulated reinforcement. Also computer designed laser cut steel chassis components for precision and strength.
AXLES
Rear: 30mm Dia driving one rear wheel or two wheels via a differential unit,
Front: 1” Dia pivoted on 14mm uniball bearings.
HUBS
Rear: One piece cast alloy, Front: Cast alloy with 1” taper roller bearing.
WHEELS & TYRES
5” Dia two piece nylon wheel assembly supporting heavy duty 12x4.00-5 tyres/tubes or alternatively, wider (race style) wheels supporting a more aggressive racing slick tyre.
TRANSMISSION
One wheel drive: wet clutch driving direct to triple V-Belt drive. Differential drive: as above but with Kevlar tooth belt drive.
CONTROLS
Rod operated two pedal system (accelerator and brake).
BRAKES
Twin self adjusting hydraulic disc brakes to both rear wheels.
BUMPERS
Rubber mounted spring steel bumper system offering complete protection to kart and driver.
BODY
Reinforced glass fibre bodywork, which includes the new instant removal and location system for ease of maintenance and operation.
BEARINGS
All moving parts fitted with heavy duty bearings.
FIXINGS
All fully fitted with nyloc nuts and bolts.
